I've put all the information I have from the photos on here with them, anything written on the backs of them is what I've put next to them, unless otherwise noted.  My dad liked to take pics from the back of the chopper, that's mostly what you see here.

68-10364 - OPS Loss, June 99, 20 SOS Hurlburt Field, Fl.  1 killed.  Assault on Koh Tang Island (Jolly Green 11) May 1975, 1st MH-53J to see combat (Just Cause Dec. 20, 1989) Took fire over Panama City.  Crashed while attempting to execute "go around" from a dust approach. Information from the Home of the Jolly Green Association.
